This is the story of the NOVETTA. A reality thanks to friends like George Baldwin, Gregg Grisham, Johathan Williams, Mike Ray, Rob Qualls, of course, my wife Denise and so many more. Two decades in the making between raising kids, making a living, and moving cross country this is my automotive dream come true. The Novetta is a car designed and built from scratch as an homage to the sports racers of the late ’60s, my favorite era. It is the exotic I could never afford, with its tubular steel frame, fiberglass body, and hand fabricated elements too numerous to mention. It is a one-of-a-kind creation that began in my mind and lives in my garage. Thanks to CoolCarVideo.com/ for this amazing video documenting the dream I call the Novetta.

What a beautiful looking machine!!! I see many influences including a Ferrari 250 GTO rear, Cobra Daytona Coupe rear slant, a Ferrari 250 GTO LM rear/side roof line, 1960-1962 Ferrari 250 Testarossa front nose, 1958-1959 Aston Martin DBR1 front fender shape and many other vehicle influences!! Job well done!

I have a Kellison J4.. I hope she comes out half as nice as the Novetta. The design, color and details really knock this one out of the park.

Is the body based on a Fiberfab Banshee?

Yes. Heavily modified: Lengthened wheel base, new wheel well opening / flares, new back window treatment, fabricated trunk, modified spoiler, back end recessed, frenched tail lights, stock scoops/intakes deleted, 6" off base perimeter, 8" off the nose, "mouth" fabricated, new hood scoop, gull wings deleted/roof filled and reshaped, fabricated front hinged doors. Custom fabricated tubular steel frame.

Registered in Arizona as SPECIALTY CONSTRUCTION. Requires receipts for parts, glass windshield, pertinent operating lights, horn etc.

Would look wicked with a fastback rear glass maybe version 2. Could have it mated with a coyote engine six gears
