I adopted my son when we was 13, he is 23 now, the time just flew by but our relationship continued to get stronger, just as yours, it gave me strength and kept me young, I miss these days . Bravo you two!

I was a foster dad in 2011 to a 16 year old named Matthew. He is now a biological dad himself and has a home of his own and a career. I would like to think that my presence in his life played a part in that. Thank you for what you have done for your son.

Ah, memories. When I was your age (1980's), I wanted the Prince Purple Rain album so bad. I'm talkin' record - 33. I had the day off from school, and I cleaned the whole house. I vacuumed, scrubbed, got rid of clutter, cleaned the fish tank, emptied all the gargage. I did everything I could think of, and when mom got home, I was so proud. Turns out, she already had that album bought for me hidden in the closet. Felt good to earn it. Felt better listening to it while dancing and cooking with my mom in the kitchen.

I absolutely love how Anthony tries so hard to get a video game. I’m raising a grand daughter after raising 4 children to adults and she asks without the work part. I must give him credit for at least putting in the effort. I know as parents we do not wish to over indulge them and want to teach them the value of money and hard work but I would give in because Anthony is just so charismatic and loving. I never thought I would be raising another child at my age and in the direction my life was going but I have to say it is by far the most rewarding thing I’ve done. My heart bursts with love. We have a bond that is so deep and I am beyond blessed. She came to me at age 5 and told me some things that were going on at my daughters home with my daughters choice of a man and in that moment I knew that at any cost I’m not giving her back. My daughter knew me well enough to know I meant it so 7 years later and after a long road to healing she is thriving and is the most amazing person. Her bravery inspires me daily. She also knows that she is safe and trusts me wholeheartedly. My dream in life is to buy a big enough property to house children that just deserve a soft place to fall. To be safe and allowed the freedom to just be a child. My heart aches at the thought of children hurting or being frightened just breaks my heart. One child at a time, one heart at a time and hopefully one day all children will be able to be born into this world being shown love and having a safe place to fall. Thank you for sharing your life with us It inspires me to maybe one day making my dream a reality.

I don’t know how old Anthony is in this video but his facial expressions, “meal math” and eye rolling, perfectly match my 17 year old grandchild’s interaction with me! But our time together, even for a few minutes, always ends with “I love you, Nana!” And a thank you when I (mostly) laughingly give in at least partially if not completely. Because that’s what Nana’s do, but infrequently what Mom did! 😄💕

I marvel at Anthony’s demeaned, he is living his best life, FINALLY! For those who really didn’t want this child that’s so full of love it exudes from every atom in his body. THEIR loss! I love your family videos which show the beautiful relationship you and your son share. It's so fresh, honest, hilarious & filled with surprises. Anthony really impressed me how well he was able to multitask while cooking (ie. Remembering the recipe, giving simple cooking instructions, maintaining great eye contact w the camera, maintaining his awesome sense of humor all while cooking at the same time). That is an insane amount of multitasking most can't do while cooking, especially at such young age. It's so beautiful to see how Dad is so supportive while also holding the reins to guide Anthony. Congrats also to whoever does the video editing as well as the music selection/editing, which is exceptionally impressive in today's video. 🙌👏🙌👏 & love to everyone!

Omg just come across these guys they make each other so happy his son is so comfortable showing his affection to his dad he shows hes really proud to have him as his dad and the same for the dad. They were met to b together
