the world is incredibly rich. It's hard to condense it all down. I didn't even talk about the Crimson Cabal! but I think that will come as part of a black rose lore video a little later on :) As for your question. I don't think there would be much infighting without something significant happening. The Darius comic does show that different warbands can disagree with the methods of other warbands.... but it's yet to lead to any sort of civil war. If I had to speculate for the future, I think that could be a cool storyline for the MMO. Time will tell! Thanks for the comments, hope you stick around for more :)

The warbands doing their own thing has more to do with flexibility and adaptability. Noxus is very much fashioned after the Roman Empire and their legions operated in a similar way. One of the reasons why their legions were so effective at conquering surrounding nations is because of the flexibie autonomy that was provided to different sections of their army as opposed to having a singular rigid combat manual that does fuck-all to address certain, situational circumstances that often occur in battle

Hey thanks! :) To answer your question, we don't know too much about that big open space other than there's quite a few nations there as described in the short story "Garen: First Shield" One of those nations is called Nockmirch which has flip-flopped it's allegiance between Demacia and Noxus (also from that short story) so we know there's stuff going on. It just seems entirely political. As for why Noxus just hasn't invaded that area... I'm not sure. Maybe Emperor Boram Darkwill felt there was nothing worth taking over there. He was getting a bit old and went a bit mad looking for magical artifacts to extend his life (one of the reasons Swain killed him). Who knows?! Maybe our player characters in the MMO will be from this unclaimed central land and part of the game is exploring both Noxus and Demacia as a non-native :)

There are a bunch of nations that are not yet on the map as they are not yet relevant and there are also entire continents that we don't know anything about. Camavor is a Nation that several characters are from but is nowhere on the map as it is on a continent that has not been revealed to us.

Hi Cyber, Nothing in this particular video is based on Arcane, so we're safe if it's not canon. With how well it's doing, I wouldn't be surprised if Arcane superseded some of the older lore. It's for this reason that I don't intend to touch Piltover and Zaun for quite a while!

lol what, i think arcane is more canon than the lore that came before. arcane is 100% canon
