Just a note on some story bits I missed out
I didn't go into the Crimson Cabal, Riven, some of the black rose stuff with Elise and Cassiopeia as they're more character stories than history of the faction itself. I try to strike a balance without videos becoming too long so hopefully I managed to strike hte right balance with this one! :D

I think Arcane is on the time where Swain is about to take over the Noxus and Mel's mother is part of the old empire of Noxus who were just brutal. Hopefully we'll see Singed involvement with Noxus in season 2.

I hope you'll continue this despite them not being so popular yet. I hope you'll get more views in the coming years. I'm just done with old League lore content creator. It's nice to see new voices doing lore and have their own takes on the universe. Edit: oh, btw a little bit of advice: when you do this lore videos you could chose to add the themes specific for each region or characters related to the region. You can find them on Leagues channel or Legend of Runeterra. I believe you won't have to worry about copyright as they are Riot owned. Just be careful using music themes that have features on it but if it's just character specific theme music, i think you're good. It will up the immersion as those music really worked with the story telling of the region.

Hi Philophobia, Thanks for this. I'll check it out! :) As for the popularity of lore videos, I know they're not as popular, but that's okay with me. KZfaq is a hobby and something I do for enjoyment which allows me to make the content I care about instead of worrying about monthly viewer quotas and stuff like that. I love fantasy lore so I'll keep posting these as I learn more about the world and feel confident enough that I can get the story right :)

When you eventually cover more of Ionia and battle at Placidium, you should use Irelia's followers (Ribbon Dancer, Blossoming Blade, Zinneia) arts to replace your civ units.

@@ShambitsGaming actually even thought all champs have their own back stories, I found the freljord ones to be those with the best depth from all I've read (not completed the reading yet x). Read mostly noxus / demacia / freljord and shurima

Just a quick mention, though this comment is late. All lore in arcane is considered cannon, and any parts of arcane and the original lore that might break the plot and considered to be retconned by arcane and arcane's events are cannon over the original lore. This was confirmed by the creators.

Hey. Yep! And I've been saying that Arcane would overwrite existing lore since the show finished airing (even though people said I was stupid for thinking that). What we got from Arcane likely changes some of Noxus' pre-established lore but it's not clear how just yet. Season 2 should shed more light :D

great video, but i would like to have seen you add the part of morde's mortal life, why and how he became like he is. he is a huge part of noxus and one of the bigger world plots (raid lvl) and the story of how and why he became morde is important imo. great stuff worth a sub

also to mention, le blanc isnt the 3rd pillar and doesnt represent guile, swain is actively trying to wipe out the black rose which lb is the leader of. so its very unlikely

Yeah I missed that on my first read of the Principles of strength story. A bit embarrassing! I don't think she's the third pillar either, but I know some people theorise her to be. Mostly because the card for "Guile" in Legends of Runeterra shows Leblanc but I think this is a stretch. Who do you think it is? I initially thought Katarinas father but that doesn't seem like it would fit either

@@ShambitsGaming i think its a faceless one, not yet revealed. might not be revealed for quite a while. its been a while since ive read up on noxus. but if i remember correctly it was "shown" who guile was and it was a cloacked figure prolly a set up 4 the future

I read this and thought "no too brutal" but then they literally decapitated a child in Arcane so maybe not haha. It would be cool to see more of Noxus in series 2.

The small glimpse we've gotten of them through flashbacks and only two characters is a good indication. They aren't totally one-dimensional and would very much for a great GoT style series with battles sprinkled throughout.
