Air tanks, lol, I can tell you that our friendship is genuine. Nick and his family are great people and they ARE, just like they ARE in the video. Genuine and good at heart. Nick and I have a long time friendship which further solidifies the bond. Now, to the manly stuff, DUDE, he has so much lead laying around those shops that you wouldn't even believe. I mean, this dude told his son to WATCH me because he knew, I was thirsten for that lead. I mean, its on spools, its on pallets, its all over the floor, it in boxes, its in pots, hell, its even all over the warehouse shop shelves. ITS EVERYWHERE (hysteria)!!!!!! Also, i've preached slugs for sooooo many years. Like 15-20 years and everyone turned the idea down. So much negativity was said about slug shooting. NOW LOOK AT EVERYBODY. I'm sitting back like, DUH!!!!!!!!!!

@@Tofazfou There is no doubt about that friendship:') I have had the pleasure of meeting Nick two times, he seems like a good guy. I wish him the best. I remember your early slug videos, You and Knifemaker. You helped get me into casting, and we even converted a Marauder .25 to .257. I remember going on ebay for about 6 months buying all the old .257 molds I could find. I have been down the the path of casting and sorting bullets by weight. Swaging is so much much better. The only reason I might go back to casting in the future is that we have a good casting machine, that can knock out a bunch of big bore slugs if needed for plinking. Swaging is by far the best way to go, and that is the direction Everyone who shots out past 100 (without anything of value behind the target) should go. I am glad we have someone like Nick on this side of the pond making bullets. See you on the next video...

On the question about twist rate, it is not so much the "sizing" per say, but matching the weight of the projectile to a particular twist rate . Bullets have a rearward center of gravity, (compared to pellets) and require a certain amount of rotation for a given weight to stay stabilized in flight. A heavier projectile needs more spin stabilization than a light one. So, for a given twist rate of a "barrel", the weight of the projectile (adjusted through length, size of the hollow point etc...) has to be considered.

Allan, for Test results, you can scour through the NSA web pages and it shows mostly what they have found to work in said airguns. For more in depth questions and answers on the subject, your going to have to contact the man himself.

Yes make the 22 slugs hollow point wider please. I found it makes a huge difference in expansion if I make the hollow point wider with a Dremel. I love his slugs just needs more expansion
