Here I customized my NT carburetor for a motorized bike.
The stock intake leaked, didn't allow much air through, and didn't look good.

You replaced the air box not the intake. And all you have to do is drill some holes in the old one and it'll flow fine

In my opinion those old carbs are a lot better. I bought a new one and have had nothing but trouble. I dealt with constant vacume leaks and only got it working tonight.

If I use a 50mm air filter will it fit with out cutting up the old one

Is the 60mm the air cone filter rubber fitting that goes around the stock air filter

Can i ask why u put sealant on the old part of air filter when u scew it to the carb before u fit the new filter ?

It had gaps around it which can let in dirt and sand.

@@crankshaftgarage5722 I see , have any issues with the new filter ,as I saw I few vid where people say after installing the rc carb filter it ran to rich ,carb not being able to breath well due to the filter matiral ?

@@crankshaftgarage5722 Supercharging a 2 stroke???? What are you even talking about? You need to read up on 2 stroke engines... Go read a book!

@@dangerousdoggo5465 you technically can supercharged a 2 Stroke, as for turbo it is also possible. It's possible, doesn't mean it would require alot of work, hard determination, and knowledge. But it is possible

Filter replacement won't get power. Only good looking.

Furkan Yıldırım_Pro it was never about power it was improving its running power your engine runs more efficiently when it can breathe better and get a better mix of air to fuel mixture

If you adjust your mix right too add more fuel than you do with the stock filter you should get more low and higher end torque

What is your jet needle setup? Are you at the top or the middle or the bottom?

the jet needle is at the bottom, the throttle cable comes in at the top. if you mean the e-clip on the jet, it is at the middle setting. but the best setting for it depends on your altitude.

Well the main reason a did this is to protect the engine from dirt and sand being sucked into the combustion chamber ( their where gaps in the old filter) and to make it easy to clean. I've been busy and had to put the project on hold and I haven't been able to test it yet, but when I do (hopefully soon) I will post updates on it. Thank you for watching!

@@crankshaftgarage5722 Lol the other filter protects more than this mesh one. the gas on the sponge is good because it stops dust....
