So, feeling bad for someone I considered a friend, I lent it to her. Said she'd pay me back in a week. Didn't. Then said she'd pay me back the following week. Didn't. Haven't talked to her since. All that time I considered us friends but I guess to her I was just some guy she could try to get money out of. You just never know what women are thinking.

Some people are just either extremely unhinged to the point they will punish and ruin someone's reputation over the slightest of infractions or extremely paranoid that someone who talked to them once might be obsessed with them or luring them into a dangerous situation.
