I have a friend that she was a nurse and they dress dream her that was her first time she was taking a mess her medicine she had different kind of medicine she takes but they suspended her license saying that she was using drugs on the job and that was false what could she do about it

Supposed to have my LPN reinstated this month but im having trouble finding a LSW who will make this statement : statement as to whether MR. Blank is capable of practicing nursing according to acceptable and prevailing standards of safe nursing care. .....im told there not allowed to make statement like this for liability reasons. Help? Advice? Ive paid thousands and jumped hoops for 6 months. My discipline w board was due to admitted occasional cannabis use which of course i no longer do. 6 months of negative drug screens to prove it.

Im sorry..i really have an important question you might be able to help me withmmmi am a lpn in Pennsylvania and worked for a home health company as private duty..i did not get along with my manager and quit..well the client i worked for had another agency they used as well and ask me to stay on with the other company...anyway the 1st company i quit said they will sue me for doing that cause during my onboarding i singed a paper saying i could not work for another company if it was with there client...so is this really legal..do i not have a right to. Livelihood...please help...thank you

People turn to narcotics and cannabis when other measures have not helped ......people who use cannabis or narcotics gets a lawyer that tells them find another alternative.....I’m not the only one who heard this I hope?
