I love this!! My bodybuilding friend put me on a diet veggies and chicken..6 small meals. 1200 cal..I ended up becoming anemic!!! Its all so confusing

truth! edit:how do you feel about fitness trackers and their accuracy? if no, how do you go about accurately tracking calorie burn total for the day? (better yet how did they do it back in the day accurately, or was it even accurate?)
