Hi. I've noticed you don't cook your onions until brown. Is there any particular reason and does it make a difference in the food?

If you brown them and proceed to fry your food, the onions will burn. They brown as the beef keeps frying.

Thank you. All ingredients are listed in the video. I show then write the name then add it in. For example, If i show tomatoes then write tomatoes, it means I'm adding tomatoes to the pot, etc.
