I don't know how I missed knowing about that door and steps! Imagine the hundreds or even thousands of people who used these to escape the buildings that horrible morning. I love that they were kept intact as a remembrance. Thanks AK for another great video! I ❤ NY

This is the kind of video I like from the Action Kid. I never could get the hang of the New York subway system even though I visited the city many times.

AK Greetings from Westlake Ohio. I feel sorry for people on the subway. They notice your camera equipment and begin to fidget and look so uncomfortable. I know I would-- Maybe not on a good day--hair and makeup perfection ‼️ However-on a not so great day-- we all have them--I don’t know--I imagine --I’d feel somewhat trapped I never road public transportation--I always drove -- Cleveland Ohio isn’t really public transportation friendly

You were out in my neck of the woods, Ken. I don’t live far from Forest Hills. I’m a few blocks away from the 63rd Drive Station. I was struck when I was watching your walk along 71st Avenue and then in the Continental Avenue subway station all the black “dots” on the sidewalk. That’s all old chewing gum!! 😖😖😖 Why can’t people just dispose of their gum properly?? Isn’t it Singapore where you’re fined for chewing gum?

Curtis Sliwa is right up there with him, but Curtis is not as knowledgeable about train facts. The IND, is several levels below the street, unlike the IRT, which came first - only one level down... for the most part.

I not of a fan of the E train because it doesn't go outside like the R train it does go express it Queens unlike the F train which is all time express in Queens only certain time of the day it goes express if I wanted to go downtown I could take the A train or to Queens the F or to parsons archer the J or Z trians
@cak813
@cak813 Ай бұрын
@matthewwhite3116: The R train only goes outside in Brooklyn; not in Manhattan or Queens. And you can’t get the A train in Queens. I think the first stop you can get the A train is at 7th Avenue in Manhattan. If you’re coming from Brooklyn, the J or Z is a good choice to Parsons-Archer but from Manhattan it’s just easier to take the E train there.

@@catcountry0099 You’re right. I was thinking of the F train which goes outside for a few stops in Brooklyn. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve taken the train to Brooklyn. And I should have remembered “The Animal”. A work friend of mine would sometimes take the A train to her home in Rockaway.
