5 teams ahead of us are at negative points differential while the warriors actually have a positive points differential while losing more games than they have won, That is very telling. We score 15 more points then we would of only lost one game this season so far. 5 more vs Storm and Sharks, 4 vs Titans and one vs Manly. Only blow out was vs Dragons. Though its pretty bad to drop those games vs Titans and Knights though, but so disheartening to come close to a win so many times and not get one.

I think a lot of the talk around Montoya is trying to give RTS that room by putting him at wing, I personally think that would be silly. RTS needs experience at whatever his long term spot is going to be. if we want him to be a centre he has to play centre

Hope or a different side has fallen away. Let’s hope for a late change on the bench bringing in Zyon for Pompey.. SJ is also sitting a lot deeper on attack too since the injury pick up. Hence the slide D on us the last month. We ideally need him running back flat and at pace. So so so evident between Rd 4 vs knights and last weekend against them

Yeah I’m really curious to now what the logic is behind Adam on the bench. Big difference not having Siro in that spot this year..

The boys don't look as confident in their systems as they did last season. Webby spoke about playing with conviction in particular when running decoys, and to my eyes that's what it looks like. I do think that when SJ is able to actively train our confidence will come back, and it's probably a good time to make adjustments to not rely on him so much

The good thing is Webby said today that SJ has trained with the boys for 80% of the week this week. For the last month he’s only done Captains Run. Should make a difference

Interesting to me is that the linebreak and try assits is spread really evenly across-the-board in the roosters backline. The warriors average 1 or 2 each except for S.J or Egan Too reliant on S.J if he doesn't perform, we've got nothing else. It's not a critique of S.J, just an observation

Need to give our 6 a chance and the left side a chance, add a bit of variety so we are not always doing what they expect.

Very fair observation. It’s interesting how we lead a lot of tackle break stats but we can turn tackle breaks into line breaks… it’s been weeks since we saw a 30-50m try.. teams to it to us shifting early on tackles 3-4 even from their own 40m. At a minimum that gets them much needed extra meters to put in an attacking kick, best cast they get a try

We have the players but not playing with mana. That is led by the leaders of the team. Johnson plays good it is likely the team will win.

Yeah I feel our on field leaders need to take more ownership. A lot of our senior players are the ones making errors.. time to turn it around this week

Roosters look a different team when Crichton is playing well. I also think Young will be an issue. May wreck absolute havoc if we let him run in space. I’m not confident at all but if we are going to turn our season around this is the game.

If the Warriors have any chance at all they’ll have to play their best game in the last few years. Roosters are looking red hot and will be very determined to keep up their form. I believe we just haven’t got the game breakers or playing with enough speed and flair needed for success this year but I’m still holding on and ‘keeping the faith’. 🤞🙏🏼

@@mikeholling8830 I give us no chance. But… I hope I’m wrong. We seem to step it up against roosters in previous years. And have upset them before. But I fear a drubbing here. We’ve been in all of our games this year ( except dragons ) but with leinu back and JWH 300. Look out. Leinu and JWH to score

Yeah he seems pretty solid. Still only young but looks like a Joey Manu kind of build. Great to see we have some real depth in the centers now.

@@thewarriorholic hahaha nah it’s all good. I just found it funny. I love watching your videos. I was so disappointed after last weeks loss that I was like imma skip watching the warriors these next 2 weeks. But I still have slight hope for us 😭 I guess it’s the blind faith sometimes. We do tend to step it up against the roosters tho. And some of the roosters games this year have been very crazy. Like plenty or sinbins and injuries. So I just hope it’s not like that. If it is, hopefully we get the greener side of the grass hahah. But win or loss. I just hope those boys keep showing the fight and go down with the fight we know they have. Wouldn’t it be awesome to have our boys come out and pull a shock performance over the roosters

Discipline is our key. Stick to the plan and hopefully JWH and Radley will lose their rags and get binned. To beat them we need to get them flustered, stick to our structure and get points early. We also need to get the on the back foot and tired when Jazz and Walks come on. They’ll feed off each other.

Chookies line up is not just daunting they have hit a purple patch of form .They will see this game as chance to make another big statement so expect them to come out playing fast and hard.We must go with them for the first 20 minutes or we will be in deep shyte. Webster is sticking to his game plan and players but unless there is a very positive turnaround one would expect changes after the bye round only 3 games away. We are certainly missing Marata / Metcalf big time and SJ's achilles injury is limiting him to the point he can't even train with the team but it is what it is. RTS is fine on "D" but attack wise he is stifled no matter what "stats" some bring up he would be far more effective in a roving wing position .I don't "get" why we are persisting with him learning at center given we have Pompey and Ale L available. Berry has had a couple of average games but he ain't the only one and is still an automatic "in" for me. Egan needs to lift and engage close in defenders to help stop the sliding D that has us controlled out wide plus a short kicking game on attack for some variation would help.Perhaps Lussick will be a late bench change to give Egan some rest time as he looks very jaded.Lussick played in halfs in his early days so while not ideal if necessary can cover a few positions if injury happens.However Zyon may be bought in to combat Lenui's impact off the bench but ihe will have to be given more game time. Love to back us for a win but in reality Chookies will come out on top however for us an improvement in intensity especially around the ruck and far more heat in tackles is a must going forward. UP DA WAHS

Any ref would be playing in front of Roosters fans, that’s an environment we’re always going to struggle to get calls to our way

@@thewarriorholic It seems RTS has a hammy so I guess Pompey is next man up.I would love to Ale Leiatuau at center for more threatening attack although Pompey is likely a better defender.

Yeah, the problem is RTS is a wasted talent. They don't use him properly. He's a better FB than Nicoll-Klokstadt. .Always this stupid predicable right side attack and bombing on tackle 5 to the opposing team's FB.. Can't they pass left or something? Even Webster mentioned it but said they'll only change that right side attack if it's not working. Well duh it ain't working. Mix it up. RTS hardly gets the ball. SJ should just rehab, same with Eagan who seems like is injured every tackle. Maybe Harris too needs a break. Pity Metcalf got injured as since then they've lost all those games. They have to win and it is possible but they can't play like they have been the last few games. Hopefully AFB smashes them too but Roosters will probably smoke them. (hope its the other way round though).

RTS being out for a few weeks will show us if the was actually struggling with distribution or if we were struggling to get him good ball. Adam is a great distributor so we will see how that goes and maybe he ends up on the wing when he comes back like everyone has been asking for? Only time will tell eh
