Oat Pancakes with Raspberries & Honey

Күн бұрынThis quick and easy recipe produces a lovely wheat-free pancake topped with a raspberry and honey syrup. It makes a great alternative to porridge for breakfast, but still with those healthy oats.

Well that's my breakfast sorted.😊. I have lots of soft fruits to eat up so we're all sorted Neil doesn't like to eat much wheat so this is a great alternative thanks Geoff and a good soggy rainy wet Wednesday to you.. This weather is very topsy turvy..isn't it... Take care 🤗💋

I used to have a griddle but had to give it away is it did not work on our newer hob. It certainly was useful. Oh well, at least I have a large frying pan I can use to make these in batches. Could probably freeze them and get out what I needed for that morning. 😊 Would have it with whatever fruit I had in that day. 😊
