Because I think you have changed ,while you were experimenting, either the actual -most recent- crank shaft position or the predefined value in the original look -up tables. In the previously mentioned SW you will get informed if there is a way to perform a relearn or the ECU should be reprogrammed 'reset'. By the way when you ignore messages from the transmission, for tuning purposes, you should supply substitutional messages.
