How are God given morals objective? They are still a subjective command from God. Can God not command any other way? Or is God bound by some objective standard above Him which sets the grounds for objectivity?

@@user-ig2kn8em3p Can God create a stone God can't lift? It's a paradoxical question. Like the Liar paradox. There is no right or wrong answer. The question is paradoxical. God is pre-eternal and post eternal. You cannot exist if that wasn't the case. God created you with a beginning, God never began. And God defined for us morals, which are objectively true. Like Mathematics and rationality. And why that is the case is from God's wisdom, incomprehensible to us.

much respect to Abu Zarrar, continue your work and keep seeking knowledge. the way this was conducted was in a positive discussion with no emotions invested. there is so much for other duaat to learn from this video. even the atheist brother wasn't attempting this conversation with an attitude that would have blocked alot of the info you were sharing from being absorbed. this discussion was grest but there should be a follow up with him by spending time with him and letting him witness and experience how we live as muslims. i hope you are in touch with him!

I Think that i disagree a little bit with Muhammad hijab, I would say objective morality is when god reveals something that this is forbidden, and isn’t, but coming to objective morality, we (humans) have something called Fitrah, and this fitrah can be limited, that means if you go over the red line of fitrah, just like how you would see hitler killing many people, that is subjective morality personally. So if anything goes beyond the limitation of Fitrah, for me that is subjective morality.

Morality has always been a huge problem for religion. A religious person can be moral, but they have no way to explain, through faith, why any act is right or wrong. See how badly apologists fail on this. Or can any apologist manage it? All true morality is humanistic.
