For some odd reason this performance reminds me of The Witcher 3 Wildhunt. There must be a similar song in that game that makes me reminisce to my times playing as Gerald

Omg I could listen from 1:59 to the end for hours straight. The entire cover is amazing too. Yall killed it!
As haunting and beautiful today, as the first time I heard this. I have purchased this collection from bandcamp, however, when I'm researching shakuhachi I always seem to migrate to this beautiful song

This needs to be in the key of b. That's why it sounds happier.

I don't have a shakuhachi in B. I wish I did.

@@geniflute I know this is heretical, but have you ever made PVC shakuhachi in different lengths? It is the we have shakuhachi at home version, but it's pretty nice to be able to play in different keys.
@geniflute Жыл бұрын
@@hasegawataizo4069 not heretical at all. When I started out, that was all i played PVC. Didn't have money for a real one.

@@geniflute I have two questions, please. 1. I was able to make a note the first day after a couple of hours. However, after two week or so, I'm still having problems hitting ロ consistently. It seems really easy to overblow. Is that normal? 2. How long have you been practicing/playing. You must be very busy, so thank you for your time. I enjoy your music very much.
@geniflute Жыл бұрын
@@hasegawataizo4069 totally normal. This instrument is hard from the beginning. Keep blowing and it will work out.

Can anyone help me with what the guitar player is doing? I think he's in drop D tuning, but the shapes i'm unsure of, does anyone know what chords he is playing? Thanks!
