I decided to upgrade from the OEM motorcraft battery in the 2011 Ford Edge. This upgrade is occurring due to a failure of the Voltage regulator on my 2011 Ford Edge which caused two motorcraft batteries to fail. I decided I wanted a deeper cycle battery that put out more CCA's than the OEM battery of 540 CCA's so I went with the USA manufactured Odyssey Extreme battery with 950 CCA's and a full replacement warranty of 4 years!!! This AGM battery is expected to be able to provide power to start my Ford Edge for approximately 7-10 years;
