So much of what is happening in the UK reminds me of the situation in Australia last year. The liberal government in Australia had almost 10 years of governance and it was defined by corruption, greed, and complete cultural and economic mismanagement. The electorate voted not necessarily for a Labor government but for an end to the insanity. The last 12 months of conservative rule were absolutely infuriating. Keep strong guys, the conservatives really know how to squeeze you when they sense the ship is going down. In the meantime, I do hope that British Labor can get their shit together and present a viable genuine alternative. Labor in Australia are doing ok, but we have had to rely on independents and the Greens to push them on progressive issues in the senate.

Had a rough day and this podcast always puts a huge smile on my face as we laugh our way through the apocalypse

I very much doubt Farage is broke. There is something fish-smelling about this whole episode. If the Tories lose power in 18 months it's possible that a new Government will want to look at all manner of nefarious goings-on that occurred during these times. Those with something to hide are now loading the dice in their favour should awkward questions be asked later on. I am reminded of the Yes Minister episode where Sir Arnold was concerned of certain information getting into the public domain after he had retired. He joined the campaign for the freedom of information so as to make sure that such information wasn't being abused.

If the Farage story is fake, then what happened to Triggernometry? Why does Tommy Robinson find it difficult to get a bank account?. Might not like or agree with these people but are we going to end up with "left wing" and "right wing" banks, which seems to be the direction social media is already going in? Their mic setup sucks. It's sounds horrible in ear/headphones, loud, quiet, dip, dip, whenever someone turns etc. They either need the mic gains up high, then heavily compressed and limited -which will sound crap - or move to a central boom mic or mini clip ons.
