I am in the design phase to transform a Sprinter 211 cdi, new (2021), L1H1, all a little tight !!!!, but perfect for use here in Europe and exploring small towns, easy to park ... etc But now I got to the point of doing the electrical project, which I'm not used to doing, I'm a civil engineer, I understand 110 / 220v AC circuits. I wish you could help me with that part. I'm Brazilian, but I also live a lot here in Portugal, where I'm going to do the conversion. Well, I started making a spreadsheet, with the equipment, the necessary power and time of daily use, I have no intention of filling the motorhome with things, not least because it is a Sprinter L1H1, and I would like to have a simple electrical installation, but I would not like have gas inside, so I would prefer a stove with only one induction zone. To heat the water it would be a D6 truma, which is diesel. But from the calculations I made and compared with others I saw on the net, it seems that it ends up consuming a lot of energy, making the electrical part more expensive. I don't want to spend so much just because of induction. I don't know what electrical equipment I would still need for everything to work, still using the car's alternator and an external 220v point when stopped at a camping site. In your opinion, which a good configuration sufficient to have a quick meal, with induction and stay out of the network for a day or two? Well, the result of the spreadsheet was: 220V equipment notebook - 65w - 1 hour of use - 5.4 Ah induction cooker - 1800w - 0,4 hour of use - 60 Ah 12V equipment USB - 50w - 1 hour of use - 4.2 Ah refrigerator - 45w - 8 hours of use - 30 Ah lights - 15w - 3 hours of use - 1.3 Ah water pump - 42 w - 0.5 hours of use - 1.8 Ah exhaust fan wc - 40 w - 1 hour of use - 3.3 Ah I will be very grateful if you can help me by presenting an wiring electrical diagram with the necessary equipment. Victron have dedicated 110v inverters which are designed for split phase. OffGridEurope do not build split phase systems and are also not planning to do as they are in general on the smaller end of the scale. The system in this video is a three phase system which can be configured to 240v single phase voltage and 60hz if required. If you want to split the phases there are two options. 1 is to buy the dedicated Victron Split phase products and 2 is to buy a transformer which has neutral on each on the phases for US distribution. But really this should be handled by a US based company.

200k+ those axitech are 17k USD a piece they are 9 there the fronius are about 5k a piece😅 that's around 180k I don't know the rest, but I'm sure it's well past 200k+ possibly 260k then there's shipping. One axitech 34kw battery can run an average US home for a day plus about 7 hrs without panels lol that's one beefy battery.

An enormously expensive waste of money with little power. -- QUESTION -- Why can Tesla give you 100Kw with higher voltage and all the electronics needed, and you only give 46kw and tons of silly blue boxes that takes up an entire shipping container and costs 400 percent more? What is the point of that? You guys need to shrink the electronics to the size of ONE shoebox and increase the size of your batteries by 400 percent and reduce the cost. This is a rip off.

I agree, in principle a few pointers though to better explain whats going on here. Tesla make millions of cars but not millions of these off-grid systems so they are simply not available like a car would be with the benefits of mass production. There is not a car size market to electrify Africa even though the world actually needs it. The systems can not work on 400v DC because there are no trained people in those areas to operate them. To put 400vdc battery systems would ultimately cause serious injury so tenders invite only for 48v DC systems on the battery side to avoid huge current and voltage. Off-grid is also surprisingly hard to build because it operated in 40c+ environments and the output is continuous for years. A car only runs a few hours a day and most of the time not on peak load. In the end, we build what our customers in 2018 requested, this is also 5 years ago and today we actually have significantly smaller, more powerful and cheaper systems which have the same safety concerns addressed. If you are an investor or have capital otherwise we are very happy to discuss how to move to mass production and address the problems you refer to as we do know how to move in this direction.
