I live in Nevada so there are/were (this one closed) brothels in some of the small towns, and my great-uncle married a woman who he met that worked there back in the day. She was telling my grandma that those guys (the ones paying for it) just don't even care if you get off and my grandma was like uh, yeah of course they're not going to do that.
