If someone sends the bank a promissory note and the bank scans the original into there system then allegedly destroys the original does that constitute acceptance by conduct ? And would they be liable to honour the note ?

In Indian corporate context, after all tendering / negotiation process, Purchaser sends a PO to seller for acceptance, with some additional terms. Normally, seller accepts PO with some comments & limit liability say 10 % of contract value. Afterward purchaser does not send revised PO (even doesn’t object on comments) and work started. Seller send deliverables and purchaser release payments. My question is whether PO is considered as valid. At this juncture, I want to safeguard interest of seller and not purchaser.

This Lecture is really educative, very precise and interesting. But the only concern is you did not talk about Implied waiver of the communication requirement in the case of a Unilateral contract. I am not sure, but I guess it’s probably because your focus is on Bilateral contracts

What happens if someone accepts someones offer verbally, but refuses to sign the written contract because they have changed their mind and do not want to accept it now

How should I go about the state agencies and the court system is saying that I was driving after saspencion and I never had a license and the law books show us we have the right to travel without a license and we can wave the payment and travel from point A to point B in our privete capacity and i was traveling in my privete automobile going to a funaral of my girlfriends mother and I told the Police that kidnapped me from the public Raods that are open to the public and a mater of right and not a privlige and the judge told me that I was to pay a$200 and 90 day's in jail there is no injury claim and iam not going to except that offer unless they are willing to compinsate me for a order for one million dollars every 30 days i spend in there jail for a living man and not a fictional entity or a employee of their kind
