Donut is ex Navy and an ex cop and ex SWAT. Rang the bell on BUDS, was in the same class as Mr Ballen. He went into aviation electronics and came up with a way to prevent planes from hitting buildings again.

The cops must do an investigation whenever a cop discharges their gun. The officer is automatically placed on paid leave until the investigation is finished. If more than one cop fires their gun, everyone is placed on leave as well.

The world has always been nuts. We just capture and hear about it more nowadays, considering there are camera's basically everywhere. Not to mention the ability to be in contact with people on the other side of the planet in seconds. So news has the ability to spread extremely fast.

I felt like the suit guy was trying to forever sleep but by the end it seems more like he was trying to get a cop alone and made sure to the call was serious enough for them to bring a gun so he could take it from them

That shooting in Bellflower (the LA Sheriff Shooting) happened near my house. I was completely unaware that happened! I pass through that intersection almost daily!

Have you seen the lambo police chase that in LA? It crashed and split the lambo in half. The suspect went flying and his body was split into pieces. The suspect died with a leg missing. One of the most gruesome things I seen on KZfaq, even if it was censored. You can still see the paddle of blood dripping on the ground. I think the suspect no longer resembled a human being.

Suicide is a thing unfortunately it seems like more and more people are against taking it themselves and rather have someone else do it for them.

Legally you're not allowed to shoot someone running away, even if they're carrying a knife, unless they present a "clear and present danger" to someone else. Yes, the police shot him when he ran at them and presented an imminent danger to them. But once he ran away, and nobody else was in sight in the direction he was running in, they didn't have any legal justification to shoot him again. Sure, they could have shot him as he ran away with a taser or a 40mm bean bag round, both non-lethal weapons, but apparently those weren't available or close enough to be used when he ran. Would have been a different matter if he'd run away holding a gun since the area of potential danger would then have been much bigger. There have been many situations like that where police shot the guy dead from behind and the shooting was ruled justified.

I'd say it likely is unfortunate, like donut says in the video it must have been a bad day for the guy as that car was clearly his pride and joy and no one who cares about a car like that would nonchalantly smash it into a police officer

Donut is looking like actor Greg Evigan, BJ and the Bear (70's) My Two Dads (80's) on the second one, those cops were not practicing a proper surround on the suspect, they were opposite of each other, where that can cause innocent hits on each other..
