5:41 - Wire up the light socket and put a light in it! The switch next to it would turn it on and off! That would be very cool!

This actually looks so much better in the storage unit than when it was in your guest room because it looks like a proper display than just a bunch of differant brands lying around and waiting be used to have fun pressing buttons and flipping switches

This is too cool. I love wandering into the Plaza of the Americas building here in Dallas. I've got good news and bad news; bad news is that it got a mod from lexan/innovation. Good news is that it became a Polaris recently by KONE who have a tower in Allen.

5:13:That actually is a Dover “Black Button” call station because it has a black button contact. The buttons looks different because they are newer.

Nice update. What I've always found fascinating about the sponsors/donators is that the building the museum's in has a Peelle door elevator, & has C.J. Anderson fixtures.

This is really awesome, I enjoyed this. So many things I remember seeing over the years. The building I get my hair cut in which I think was built in the 60s still has its original United States elevator with square buttons. Thinking of a few cool things I wish I could go back in time and send to you! Maybe someday I'll see them on Ebay or somewhere. Keep up the great work!

Cool Where can you get an Otis Arrow lanterns that come in Green Blue and Ares from I have no knowledge of Elevators but I do love the arrow lanterns on the Otis elevators

i know an old button panel in my dental office it has plastic on the front which lights up and metal on the side of the button. The button says in use. Does anyone know what this is?
