Great review. I bought this club because I was struggling to hit driver. However any 2 iron will expose your club delivery faults. After working my swing out on the range it is a joy to hit and ironically my driver has improved with it.

Just dropped one of these into the bag in my 4 iron. Srixon once again just killing it with their irons!!

I just got fitted for one and it's sensational. I do play Zx7 Mkii's in 4-PW so maybe I just like the Srixon look but it's really good looking.

Just bought a 2nd hand (month old traded in, still brand spanking) 3 iron ZX and saved over $100 on it. Have just replaced my 3 wood with it and ABSOLUTELY loving it. On and off the tee, it’s so nice and feels like butter to hit. Tried the others and this felt the best for me. Loving it.

I haven't had a 2 iron in years, but wish I could find one. The Srixon looks pretty good to me. The Recoil shafts are great in all my irons 4-AW. You should do a head to head comparing steel with graphite in irons. This isn't common yet on tour, but I've heard it is gaining some acceptance among pros. For me graphite works because it is generally lighter and feels a bit better since they don't transmit impact quite as much. I plan to golf into my 80s and beyond if I'm lucky enough to live that long. I don't need wrist and hand issues caused by harsh impact.

I'm a utility player. I already bag a 3-iron and 4-iron Wilson Staff Utility. They are excellent. I have a strong hybrid, but to be honest I struggle with it. There is nothing wrong with the club, but occasionally I hit a big hook with it. I know that's a swing issue, but I don't do that with my utilities. The hybrid is great out of iffy lies in the rough so if it wasn't for that, I'd have a 2-iron in the bag in a heartbeat. I might try some out!!!

Went and tested this against the taylor made sim udi and dhy. The srixon was so much more consistent for me definitely worth a look.

I got one of these today,the goal being to replace my 3 hybrid. The 2 iron was a better loft choice as my 4 iron was measured at 21 degrees. Was impressed by the feel and looks straight away. Wasn’t sure how I’d go with it as I play cavity back irons. Can’t wait to practice with it tomorrow and then put it into play on Sunday. Interesting to hear your thoughts and read some comments. 🏌️‍♂️

I play a 3 and 4 in the older models, love them. Recently had a fit with this but didn’t get much benefit, can definitely say the new one looks better though like you mentioned, more refined and not as bulky. Great review

The Srixon/xxio/Cleveland group have one of the best product portfolios out there, all of there products do exactly what they need to do! If the had a bit more Marketing umpf, they would give the big boys a real scare.

I have the 20 and it’s phenomenal. If you have the swing speed for utility irons, this is a must try. I ordered mine with a 105g Nippon Modus shaft it’s just awesome.

I hit my sons 2H Utility iron today off the tee on a tight par 4. Amazing feel. Solid. Hit the fairway with a high draw. Just don’t have room in my bag for it unless I take out my 4 iron. Maybe 🤔

U65 4 iron in my bag. I have never tried it off the tee. I guess I will have to play with it next time I can get to a range. Can’t wait for winter to let us go.

Had a wee laugh at the review! The club itself and the performance were stunning but it was the loft of 18deg! My first 1 iron blade had the same loft and “only god could hit a 1iron!” although we used to hit them off tees or fairways, BUT no doubt these irons are easier! Lost the club in a house move but still play a Ping Eye2+ 1 iron now & again, especially on a links course!

I’ve got both the 2 & 3 utility irons , the U65 model, in my bag. Fabulous club to hit and there’s a possibility of the ZX7 irons being in my bag later this year..... need a comparison with 2 other brands before I decide..... ⛳️😃⛳️

Agree with you - easily the best feeling U-iron and looking. Bought this based on feel and performance but was brought to my attention from your multiple reviews and glowing reviews of it :)) Just bought the 2 iron myself and about to buy the 4 to replace my current p770 4iron which sometimes launches a little too low or doesn't get the desired height and forgiveness on miss hits. I think this 2iron is perfect off the tee and for 2shots that you won't reach the green but still want distance. Possibly the 3iron would be better for most golfers if you want for off the tee and approaches onto green. Curious to see how this 2iron will go against the new 16.5° mizuno U-iron

If you get the ZX4 irons please include ZX utility in the test I would like to know the difference. This is forged and ZX4 is cast I would like to see the difference in feel and performance.

Maybe you would of swing it a little better with a fleecier shaft, that’s slow swing speed for an extra stiff, I prefer stiff clubs ove extra stuff mostly other than driver and maybe a club like this but my 7 iron is hitting 90 mph, your driving iron is the same speed as my 5 iron here, seems a touch slow for extra stiff.

If you could, can you review Cleveland 3+ HYWOOD? Does anyone have experience with tgat hywood??

What's your thoughts on get a mavrik 4 iron -1 in loft. Catalyst pro shaft 1.1/2 inch long .using it as a 2 iron. I can get one custom for £100. I have hit the ping crossover in very similar spec and hit it well.but it's a £100 more. Would it work🤑🤑
