I play on console and don’t run any of the 6 perks most survivors use and do way better than that. It’s like every survivor other than me just makes bad choices, looping near a 90% gen, running the killer to a 90% gen, running straight to people on the hook hurt or looping near a hooked survivor for an entire health state. I have to play 10 matches just to get 1 where everyone isn’t an idiot.

@@skittlesmalone I agree, but running the killer to a 90ed gen isnt necessarily the survivors fault. Until they get close enough to hear the gen they cant tell it's almost done, and forfeiting a hook state to have the gen be finished faster isnt always worth it. It's already probably too late to choose a different tile so that means they'll die if they dont loop it (although a good killer will just hit them once and pressure the gen) and let's be honest, if they're bad they'll just be greedy and lead the killer to you and run.

What I'm saying is running the killer there isnt bad, it's how you handle it, if you're good you'll try your hardest to lure the killer away and take a hit to get distance, or if you're injured just hope someone who isnt can distract the killer while you work on the gen in their stead.

each devotion stack is 100 levels. he has 19 stacks. thats 1,900 plus his current 41. OhTofu's current level is 1,941.

I’m a spirit main and I get so many people by standing still at a pallet and they just vault into me idk why. Nowadays I always just mutter “you gonna vault back into me bill?” Because console bills are rlly stupid. And it normally ends in a “yep”

The tombstone with the green charge add-on works pretty good together actually since only the first tier 3 require the extra charge unlike the tombstone piece which removes all charge on kill.

@@jjrulez1596 I know your memeing but that is actually the dichotomy of Legion/Plague. if you don't heal you become vulnerable, which may not be a problem for really good survivors that can loop well, but it can quickly become the death of a team if the are even alright at looping. On the other hand if you do heal/cleanse, you waste time and make their power more useful.

thats the thing though. you can't not heal against legion, you just have to choose very carefully when, how and why. what makes legion a terrible killer, is that unlike deathslinger for example, i can just fucking sit on a gen in the legions face with deep wounds ticking down, finish the gen and ohp now its not ticking down anymore as im now running. Deep wounds like, idk it doesn't do much except slow down the game a small amount. of which the survivors get to choose when to a degree. thats why its bad, because its inherently a survivor sided effect. 99% on the final gen and the legion pops deep wounds on you? just finish the gen and get adrenaline/someone else to open an exit gate, etc etc etc. hell even doing so in a chase is useless, expecially if their already injured as like... against injured survivors legion has effectively no power. even his ultra rare pin has effectively no power even though you can INSTANTLY BREAK PALLETS, because he has a 4s cooldown on getting out of his power, meaning like 16-20ms of straight distance usually depending on if you hit them.... Legions just a killer who can quickly injure you and has otherwise absolutely no other power. whats even worse is that legion (expecially this patch) can just be completely countered by healing with say, we'll make it, botany knowledge, medkits of varying strengths, autodidact, inner strength, adrenaline, desperate measures (complete counter!!!!!!!) and now built to last on medkits expecially green. Bringing a good green medkit/heal build against legion can even allow you to heal in chase before his power recovers... thats how bad it is. green medkits heal in 8s, and that on top of botany/desperate measures vs a 20s cooldown on injuring you? good luck legion. Plague atleast gives the broken status effect and forces alternate healing. and also has a downside to if you do decide to heal.

@@The3dsstuff The problem with your logic is that no matter how fast they heal, they are still healing against Legion. by the time the previous survivors legion hit with his power heal, legion most likely has gotten a down and a hook and now is going to aim to frenzy everyone again, and unless it is a really big map, it won't be hard to do that as long as the Legion is smart about it. The real issue with Legion is that people are not confident enough to loop while injured so they throw the game by repeatedly healing. Idc if you have Autodidact, you shouldn't heal against Legion unless you are going for a hook save. EDIT: Also no, you can't heal in chase if you have to mend. Unless the Legion is chasing you later after you mended, but why would you heal in chase if you had the opportunity to heal out of chase presuming you actually wanted to heal?

@@coolnobodycares I meant heal in chase against a legion, since they typically leave you and come back. Bringing a heal build against a legion promotes instant mending vs, not bringing a build and playing injured. If you didn't bring a heal build then obviously your going to play injured, and same against a legion who just chases you. But mending takes 12s without anyone, or 8s with someone. That's half a heal with someone, and with green medkits/botany or anything to speed actual healing, you can bring healing time way below 16s. Basically legion just ensures 16s heals (standard healing speed) against heal builds, and forces players to play injured outside of them. But people playing confidently injured can do exactly as I said, stay on gens until last second, effectively loop endlessly if they play well enough as he's just a m1 killer. If he's chasing someone at rank 1 that chase can be anywhere between 10s if the legions good or catches them out of position, or 60s +. A 60s plus chase is enough to completely reverse the legions injured progress which whilst does waste time, ensures the entire team doesn't go down easily or they can just pump gens, restricting the legions time efficency, and getting closer to the end of the match. Both are situational and depend on builds, but either situation is bad as the legions ability to chase a singular survivor is so poor, since legion even activates perks like dead hard that lengthen chases for good survivors enough to again either pump out gens or heal and ensure no one goes down. A good survivor team can loop a legion endlessly, heal, do gens and take hits for the chased player independently to take pressure of and stop the legion downing the player on their last hook. Legion has absolutely nothing in his base kit to end chases early or quickly and only has occasional forced game slowdown, of which can be quickly reversed afterwards. It's also not like plagues permanently risky nature, and being able to break survivors at a distance (both literally, and by puking on objects.) The legions biggest problem stems from his massive cooldown upon exiting frenzy which allows survivors to gain massive distance on him, even more so then a normal hit. The best strategy imo against legion is to play injured until downed, stay on gens until mending is forced, and heal in the endgame, when it's neccessary for a save, or when you can waste little to no time healing and completely negate his power. Healings situational but highly detrimental to legion when done right, and looping whilst Injured isin't hard Edit : and to add onto the heal in chase I mean when they come back if you have a heal build, you just finish the heal behind a pallet, either forcing a power usage and allowing you to gain distance, or forcing him to chase normally expecially if he's on cooldown.

But players will not even try to cleanse totems of they don't need to (at least at high ranks)

There's only a handful of killers you actually have to buy. You can buy spirit (along with a bunch of others) with iridescent shards, which you get for just playing the game. I really wouldn't recommend playing spirit though, since she's very OP and you'll mostly get games with a bunch of DCs.
