I was JP's Poolman for 10 years in Malibu.Incredible guy .We had dinner with him at Nobu .He wanted to meet my mom and dad .The guy who bought my route he me and his partner fixed all of the gizmos in JP's house including underwater speakers , Monster solar panels ,water fill lines and grotto spa .He was such great customer,I buy all his products to this day .

Not to mention that what's stopping this small family from creating a vast network of tolls.. Government needs funding, but it needs proper oversight as well.. No one solution is the best, i just find some comments here alarming. They really show how little they understand their government and the history behind the political reform that helped curb illegal business dealings.
