You will see the original stop on the 4E terminal and the DFW "airtrain", which is now only available in the Dallas Museum
LTV's (Vought) Airtrans was an automated people mover system that operated at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport between 1974 and 2005. The adaptable people mover was utilized for several separate systems: the Airport Train, Employee Train, American Airlines TrAAin and utility service. When we lived in Dallas, my dad would occasionally take me to DFW to watch the planes fly. It was a different time in the 1990's. I still remember riding this around from the parking lots. Thanks for posting this.

Hello. Yes, I always liked watching planes as a child. Just that you have a bigger airport in Dallas than in Prague :-) I saw DFW (1995) for the first time in my life. Today it is different. At least a monument :-) Greetings America

@@JarkaBroki Thank you again! Greetings from Dallas. I live very close to this airport. Those areas are now closed or are hidden behind walls. Some of the old track has not been removed.

Im working right here by it. Where the new terminal is being built. Its halfway torn up. Parts of the track are still installed in some places.

You can still see the tracks and stations at terminal C by looking from the upper walkway

I worked there back then(still do) and remember riding this train to the employee parking lot for years. It was a very long ride believe me

Yes, these are memories. And they are all the more valuable because we are witnesses and we traveled with this means of transport many years ago :-) I am from Europe, from the Czech Republic. Thanks for watching.
