Yum! Just had some corn on the BBQ wrapped in foil with butter, some fresh minced galic and Old Bay on it. Oh my goodness! Let it carmalize a little..Old Bay makes that corn happy!

Hey sweetie, I add salt and a 3rd cup of sugar in my water. Also a half stick of butter 💕🙏🙏. I don’t know anything about old bay seasoning BUT OF COURSE, I live in Northern Illinois exactly 60 miles west of Chicago 😂😂. I always cook carrots the same way. When done, I drain and add more butter and brown sugar!! Cover and let ALL THAT DELICIOUSNESS MELT into the carrots 😊

CHESSE SAUCE: Half a stick of butter-minced garlic-minced shallot-flour 2tbsp(stir until the flour is incorporated for 3 to 4 mins add one can evaporated milk same can two cups heavy whipping cream,keep stirring) Mexican Sour cream-cream cheese-Dijon mustard-pasta water-worcestershire sauce SEASONINGS: (TOAST YOUR SEASONINGS) Garlic salt-lemon pepper-Cajun-soul food-creole-Italian-adobo-dried parsley-nutmeg CHESSE: (Has to be hand shredded an use half or less of it in the sauce) sargento muenster chese slices (6 slices) Sargento smoked Gouda(3 slices) Monterey Jack cheese Chunk Joseph Farms Marbled Jack Cheese (Oven at 350) Lightly butter dish (LAYER IT IN THIS PATTERN pasta-sargento cheese slices-jack cheese-Joseph cheese add pasta over that and repeat) add parsley over the top and creole seasoning add foil on it and wait 20 minutes after take the foil off and let it bake for another 20 minutes or until the cheese on top is a golden brown color that’s it!
