Күн бұрын❤️ SUBSCRIBE: bit.ly/divascan... Blueberry cobbler is back to being my favorite cobbler ever! I always forget how much I love a fresh blueberry cobbler right out of the oven and topped with vanilla ice cream. It really is like eating a big blueberry muffin only better!
Berry cobblers are one of my favorite summer desserts to make. They are so quick and easy to prepare and the perfect way to use up ripe fresh berries.
This blueberry cobbler has a fluffy, cakey cobbler “crust” that's lightly sweetened. It makes those sweet, yet tart syrupy blueberries the perfect addition!

3 cups ripe fresh blueberries1/2 teaspoon lemon zest1 1/4 cups sugar divided1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup butter melted1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional1 cup almond milk can use regular but almond is yum in this for some reason

When you used Almond milk instead of whole milk I was so happy to hear that! I used almond milk because that was all I had at the time and it turned out perfect!❤❤

So glad you posted this recipe since i love blueberries. I just made this for breakfast this morning! I only had frozen blueberries but they worked perfectly. Tasty!! Definitely tastes like a blueberry muffin!

This is amazing cobbler. I literally just made it and I am eating it now. I used lime juice instead of lemon and cooked it on my pellet grill.

Hi, I made this morning, and after 37 minutes, I let it cool down completely, the edges are done, but the middle is soupy and raw still. I put it back in the oven, at 400 degrees, and 20 minutes after, it's still raw. Now, as I'm typing this, it's going to bake again another 20 min. What do you think went wrong? Thank you, I love your cookbook.
