6 ай бұрынdid a call previously for a no cool , diagnosis and found several major problems, leaking refrigerant in Evaporator coil also grounded compressor ... old system was not registered for 10 years warranty

Nice job, I would give a optional service to clean and seal where the concrete is exposed in the return. Make sure you're using pressure treated lumber for anything that touches concrete.
