I saw Vassar just when ocean city Maryland was coming about,ist year,anyway at a loss l bar myself and Peter saw Vassar,with Monte yoho of the outlaws,Tony Rice along w Peter Rowan...next night I saw Guy Clark w his wonderful guitar player verlan Thompson....great mushrooms,great music at great venues...R.I.P.Brother Pete...your the best

Recently reconnected the ol' stereo to listen to music of all sorts I had on vinyl and reconnected with this album. Now sitting next a public swimming pool on 27C/81F Australian summer day with this album on headphones. It is contributing to heaven on earth. Raising a glass to Jerry.

You all do know that's Peter Rowan , who came in and ate at my restaurant in Steamboat Springs Colorado , sing lead on this song. Vasser could out-toke the whole Band. Yes , Gerry is playing Banjo. If you like this , listen to Peter Rowans solo albums , great tunes !!!!!

From a period when there was room for creativity and great musicianship - love it - I use to hear stuff from 60´th (Airplane, Doors, The Dead, the Byrds, Dylan and many more) - I almost don´t listen to todays "music"

This was my music growing up, so I've shared your disappointment for long periods as far as creativity and musicianship in a lot of the popular music, but I'm actually encouraged these days, for the first time in a long time! Billy Strings, The Infamous Stringdusters, Greensky Bluegrass, Sierra Hull, and others, have joined Bela, Sam Bush, Del and the older guard and are carrying the torch high! Add them to some of the jam bands, Widespread Panic, String Cheese, Gov't Mule, Goose, Marcus King, Spafford, etc. along with Tedeschi Trucks. Heck yeah, I'm encouraged!

This brings me back.....I have a new befgining in my life ...I'm leaving some of my hobo behind ..well really the only thing different is now 3:56 😊 I can bless good cats w money, t.y.ABBA,truly a blessing.....for me other than a few choice things and some traveling,I need very little to be happy God bless Peace all....

Not a commercial cause i don't care if you do or not but the Won Tube Free Video Converter works pretty dang good.. you can save you tube videos as a video or as a mp3. Files end up about 14 Mb's. Just saying..

Robert Wright Well I do know that a lot of the scappy bootleg recordings can be sharp sounding. If the recorder had weak batteries, it would record with the reels turning slower than they should. When played back at regular speed it would then come out sharp.

Wil Morris The frequently shared, 1979 New Years at Winter land is a good example. the show was very exciting sounding, also a bit fast and sharp.
