That hand thing Jebus was playing with is used to decorate fake nails. It attaches to your table, you put fake nails on it and decorate them with polish, polygel, jewels etc. You can see them being used on KZfaq sometimes.

That is a whole lot of shoes!!! It is the Holiday season, I would maybe put up a large lot of the kids purses in an auction if you plan to do one soon. Dress up stuff for kids is huge!
