Remember what a big fuss Keely made of letting the Vault 22 spores get outside or about letting Hildern have the data from the Vault? Yeah, after visiting X-22 and the Vault 22 escapees' camp in Zion I don't feel bad at all about keeping that data to myself because the spores do not appear to be nearly as potent and destructive as Keely feared.

No, but on the other hand, the NCR could conceivably continue research and make the stronger, or perhaps faster growing so that they sorta faster. Not to mention that their actual destructive ability so much as the spores being spread. Who knows? There could be a big wind storm in spring and BAM! most of Vegas and freeside are infected and become spire carriers.

@@UpperDarbyDetailing Oh well anything can happen with _research_ in the Fallout Universe. But no, like, with how open X-22 was, there's no way the spores haven't gotten _everywhere_ by this point, so if it were to go to shit it would've done so ages ago.

@@Yan_Alkovic well, remember that even the plants outside were in a small box canyon, iirc. It could also be that it's either only certain plants release the carrier spores, or that only the spore carriers themselves can release those spires, several of the plants and the spore carriers were only deep inside the vault. So, it is *somewhat* possible that the situation could change and make the spores open to being carried on the wind. Of course, it's also possible (unlikely imo) that the spore carriers have to release the spores on or in the victim. I say unlikely because there wasn't any carriers before the first guy got hit. The various terminal entries only talked about the plants. Can't imagine they'd find a green leafy zombie without mentioning it... Hmmmm... it's also possible that the spores are only made by a plant or fungus that lives in the cave, but can't move out of the cave.

i think it would be worth revisiting Vault 22, since in the older video didn't go as in-depth as the more recent videos, as well as having found places with connections to the vault in both Honest hearts, and Old World Blues DLC.

Fallout doesn't have a huge number of playerbase, unfortunately. It's not as big as Skyrim, Mass Effect, or other games. Not to say Fallout's following is small, but it's not exactly huge...it's more of a niche franchise.

yeah it's really hard to wrap your head around old world blues and everythings that happened to you, your brain might hurt if you just stop to think about all the lore and recollect everything thats been going on up to that point because it's so crazy. lots of things about fallout start to fill in because it adds so much to the lore

The first Giant Robo-Scorpion was destroyed pre-war, you can find terminal entries where they mention how it flew off the handles and a kill-switch should be implemented on future models.

Last night I finished my final playthrough of New Vegas. I went for a 100% completion siding with the NCR with heavy consideration for an Independent Vegas. A truly remarkable experience, would I do it again? No.

That's a really good way to get stimpacks because after doing like a days worth of adventuring I convert turn in everything and then craft Stims which is like 10 - 25 per trip

I think the helmet part of hazard suit was reused in fallout 4 far Barbour dlc, a reward for helping the children of atom, I think it made your intelligence higher the more rads you have

I love the videos, love dedication you put to explore every nook and cranny of each location to piece together the story, and just the way you handle the over arching story of the DLC of new Vegas. Always thought that's how DLC should be handled by devs; make the main games story complete but add something that ties back into the main game but adds so much more. Loved the story when I played it but knew there was stuff I was missing. So I'd like to think I'm speaking for a lot people when I say thank you for telling us the whole story of the things we missed, the things we glanced over and the things we forgot altogether.

This is the only where my over-moded game kicks back. I use the TYPE 3 and Roberts body replacers, so all humanoid bodies in my game are anatomically correct even the children's body (i made them my self), and the lobotomites don't wear anything under the patient gown, so the kill-cam isn't your friend sometimes, if u catch me.

Oxhorn, my fallout 4 game has changed it's texture of everything to like it has snow on it. it's not a mod and it's not Christmas in the game if you could please showcase this and see if Bethesda has anything to do with it or if the game is set to do this around Christmas.

Hey Oxhorn,the “hey who turned out the lights” encounter is actually a smart Dr Who reference from the episode.The origins of the phrase was actually from an episode called “Silence in the library” where a kind of creature called the vasta narada(not quite sure of the spelling)which when come into contact with a human or living creature will eat all of the flesh from the body leaving the skeleton(no wonder the trauma suits with the skeleton look familiar).In the episode instead of a trauma suit,it was a space suit that every explorers had contained some kind of device which allowed people to talk with the conscious of a person for a certain amount of time.So the phrase “Who turned out the lights” were the last words of one of the explorers.I wonder how many other whoovians caught it

i know this is, an old video but, you can also get the haxmat suit buy using the sonic emitter on the thing its held in if you have the upgrade that lets you disable forcefields (sorry if this is adressed by others in the comments)
