Have the same phone and earbuds, I'd say they're just as good as the ones that come with HTC U11. Both are the best that come in the box.

Samsung has been acquiring Harman since over 2 years ago and over 1,5 years ago the aquirement was completed. Harman was left as quite an independent organization and is basically doing their own thing. And it's not like Harman has had any recent impressive products. Harman owns JBL and even though I wouldn't say they are like Beats, it's very colored in terms of sound. There's no reason that Apple will follow Beats strategy for the non-Beats products. Fact is though that both JBL and Beats sell like crazy, so apparently this is what people want. Harman Kardon hasn't been making proper neutral sounding speakers since years ago, so the added value to the industry is very limited. Hopefully they will use their infrastructure with definitely is legit, especially with companies like Lexicon as part of them, to make serious audio products again. But this was never what Samsung was looking for. Samsung has the resources to make decent audio products themselves as well, and in the past actually did this. But it's not what people are interested in, and if they are, they will ignore brands like Samsung.

They sounded ok, definitely not great though. But definitely better than what all the other manufacturers were giving with their phones.

The mh755 tips have a smaller diameter of that rubber tube you attach to the iem. Hard to fit and get off. They make the iems have even more bass. Don’t you think? Are the hybrid tips comparable to the mh755 tips?

You can tune the akg earbuds with your galaxy phone Though i own both apple earbuds and akg earbuds i find the akg to be better in sound quality

Most earbuds novadays are bass boosted but can't give cleat treables. Drum hi hats sounds like trash can.

The AKGs are actually pretty neutral. I would get them and compare to the Pistons and you will immediately hear which one is better.

@@RichardoIpicyt the HD600 sounds better, but the Samsung inears has a little the same neutral sound signatures as the HD600. They sound like mini inears monitors. At least in mij ears. Only the bass could have been slighty harder in my ears. Every ears are different, so also the sound.

Edwin Snoek yeah, no. I have both, the AKGs suck. Weird treble and mid, really artificial, kinda boosted and plasticky, nothing like HD600s (obviously). Too little bass (and too boomy midbass) for outside use, and very very shallow fit. Audiophile sound my ass, I’m sorry.

Ja, sehe ich genau so! Ich hatte in Ears bei meinem Samsung Galaxy S4 und die waren uneingestellt die Bestklingensten Kopfhörer die ich je hatte. Jedoch hatte ich als sie defekt gingen welche nachbestellt bei denen bei einem der Speaker die Pole vertauscht waren (konnte man hören), das war nicht toll! Da scheint es Qualitätsprobleme zu geben! Bin jetzt auf JBL T110 weil die sehr robust wirken, vernünftig/hochwertig verarbeitet sind und sehr gut in mein Ohr passen/sitzen! Mit 10 Band EQ Anpassungen klingen die außerdem für meinen Geschmack wirklich gut, aber sie brauchen Anpassungen!

UPDATE: Received these earbuds via Amazon.es and have to say that they sound terrible compared to my old Sennheiser buds - hardly any bass response at all! Obviously not the same as those tested by Oluv, which is not surprising as there are many vendors selling these under different model numbers and packaging. I've requested a refund and ordered another pair from a different vendor (www.amazon.es/gp/product/B0723CRV11/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A18IE396QQR2ZF&psc=1). Hopefully these come in the original Samsung packaging as shown in the advert rather than in a clear plastic envelope.

I have a Note 9 and the AKG tuned airbuds right side came off but the left was still working.I bought AKG airbuds off Amazon for $ 13.95 and it was identically made and packaged and worked with the same high quality as the original.So with that being said I think the vendor I bought it from on Amazon was the real deal.
