Hey Tony! I’d love to see a video on common injury prevention for boxers. Been loving doing some boxing workouts but I think I was over extending and have been getting some elbow pain. Would be curious to hear your input on this kind of stuff.

Yo coach, I have a question. I started training my punches alone in a heavy bag (cuz i cant afford a trainer but I still want to learn to fight) and I am currently experiencing something painful inside my arm. There's like a string that is quite painful if I try to push stuff or twist my arm a bit. There is something wrong from what I am doing but I cant figure it out. Any advices?
