A/C IS A must Have in U,S,A, ARIZONA. So put a High Mount on it Lets find out. I enjoy the show. Kicking Ass.

Have you ever ran an engine with no power steering pump?? If so how did you route and make the tensioner work??

This is a late reply but my w115 (om615) has no power steering, it has an ingenious system. There is a tensioner pulley mounted on a bracket, with a bar running through it. The top half of the bar is threaded, by loosening the nut below and tightening the one above the bracket is drawn upward tightening the belt. The one thing to remember is to loosen the retaining bolt which allows the movement. When I brought my car with a squeaky belt, the threaded part of the bolt was wrecked where that bolt was not loosened in the past. Luckily a kit including the threaded bar was available from Mercedes for about £110 😎

300TD with a turbo? is this original block with turbo on it or is it a turbo block? i thought TD stood for Touring Diesel and TDT was Touring Diesel Turbo? or have i got it wrong?
