I've owned it for a few years now and I've never had a problem squeezing 20mm straps and natos between the lugs. My only complaint about the watch is the glare off the domed crystal sometimes can wash out the dial and hands.

So cool to hear about your personal thoughts on the watch. I remember loving this watch when it was released -- after seeing it in person, I wish they had used applied numerals or hour markers.

Great review, I get upset when I watch it but because of the watch but because I used to have a Ralph Lauren Jacket like yours in green bought over 22 years ago, I hardly wore it, got it dry cleaned 15 yes later and left it hanging at the bus stop in the dry cleaning bag forgot it! 😳 😥

Yes my one issue is the fontina a sand color is great but when you get into that deep ocre over saturated radium look it starts to become a real turn off

The only miss of this watch is the only thing Omega had creative control over which is the color of the lume. Omega loves giving you vintage inspired dive watches but then taking away all the legibility

btw. The Rolex route didn't do it for me personally, tried, nice ride. Glad to have not wasted anymore time on other things. (Though of course there are many other watches i just as well enjoy obviously, but this one has yep PUNCH...as you said;) The Fauxtina took time for me and i understand why you had put that pretty well in place for everybody, well done imo.

Personally, the only thing that really bugs me about this watch is the Bezel. If it was a more traditional basil, I would buy this in a heartbeat if I could afford it

2:39 Omega and bezels... modern day Omega design team never got it right, while they have made decimal and 60-minutes practical bezels in the past!

Thomas. You asked someone else to mention a brand or watch we'd like to see. If ever possible, how about the A Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk Striking Time. The Pink Gold with dial in Argente is a beauty. My personal favorite is the Lange & Sohne Odysseus in stainless steel with dial in dark blue. The photos of the movement are stunning.

Definitely a design detail that not everybody likes. Should underline the vintage character and feel though.

too vintage look. Not in its period. I would go for the blue seamaster of 90s. It is unique in design and it's a (real) james bond of the 90s. There is less and less pieces and the value is continuously increasing.

Could you guys please talk a bit more of other brands than Rolex and Omega ? There’s plenty of brands, sold on C24, but still you focus on those 2 in most of your vids. Getting boring imho. Cheers.

Got no specific brand to defend or promote but the idea is to embrace a bigger spectrum of watch diversity by focusing sometimes on more affordable brands. Luxury is fine but not the only interesting option. We all know some affordable time keepers that are just amazing. Just try to get a bigger picture 😉 Thank you for considering my opinion.

The Mercedes hand is a much more creative solution to differentiate the hour's hand, it is a great/iconic design. A wide arrow is more obvious, less interesting, less important.
