Michelle doesn't get credit for her vocal but it takes so much ability to sing in full voice and be able to disappear and support two voices. She blends in the most velvety, airy way. She balances Beyonces roar and kellys purr...she's a perfect, necessary addition to their harmony!

She gets credit, stop the pity party, her voice is just more gospel, so of course in the mainstream it doesn’t cater to everyone. Nobody has ever denied Michelle’s vocals, they usually criticise her lack of performance/stage presence, not her vocals.

@@deevasquez1171well the person said ENOUGH credit and she don’t get enough credit for her vocals Ik I’ve heard many ppl rag on her vocals bec they didn’t get the unique sound she had shid I was one of them when I was younger but then I got into really listening to singers and she is very good and everything the person explained is correct she is the perfect balance to Kelly and bey bec if not at times it could just seem like one person bec kelly and bey can sound just alike at times while singing even talking or laughing and it come from them really being around each other sooo long and practicing but that’s another thing kelly don’t get ENOUGH credit either she is great and a very swaggy/ dope partner to have a great treasure she is very much underrated

yess their unison really sounds like one voice!! i love when they split from unison to harmonies! beyoné took the higher harmony (soprano), kelly the lower (alto) and michelle the middle (mezzo) in the beginning + they switched parts at the end :)

I wish I watched The Masked Singer frequently bc I know Michelle was featured and I think won. I remember her saying she felt validated bc for a long time she was self conscious about her voice and just her place in music with being in Destiny's Child. I really do respect them individually. But this is probably my all time favorite performance bc it shows all of them can INDEED SANG and hit them NOTES! Love Kelly in this.

The destiny’s fulfilled album is my favourite DC album, along with writings on the wall, (those 2 albums solidified how special Beyonce was for me) you should do Bills Bills Bills or the through with love/Or Free live performance in Atlanta! You’ll see how beautifully their different voices mesh.

I always try to get reactors to Beyonce to do her Dangerously in Love from the VH1 Divas Special. That performance is arguably what made people realize she was going to be HUGE!! Watch the legendary Marvin Gaye perform the anthem at the All-Star game. Now that was something. He first sang it at the World Series back in the sixties, but they wouldn't let him sing it his way.
