$800 to paint a door!!😮 anyway, I noticed my dining chair frames are the same just the cushions are different. I didn’t realize they were a Arhaus dupe. I got mine from some random website after reverse Google searching a totally different chair. I got all 4 of mine for $450. You mentioned the tv stand is low. It’s actually not, but your tv looks like it was installed too high. Your house looks great for sure!!!

That office is going to look like a magazine once you’re done. I can see it🥰 such exquisite shelving and color choice! You nailed the black, white and neutrals color palette for your living room, looks so good 😍 and that huge plant pot is something unique!!! Also the branch on your fireplace is 💯 goes so well with the frame above it. And I looveee your wall art lights. That’s such a genius idea and it makes a difference in the decor. You guys wedding pictures looked so amazing too, not filling the entire frame up added an air of sophistication! I didn’t think picture frames could do that… that negative space and the walls put together with Black and white photos. It’s the little touches. 😍😍

@@MsNaturallyMary pacing yourself is actually the best way to go. It ensures you love every single thing you buy, versus decorating just to be done. I usually take upwards of 6months to decorate my space. You’re doing amazing so far and I love what you’ve done with your first floor.

15:36 It's funny you say that because actually Arhaus is very $$$$$ I think both RH and Arhaus are very much in line with each other. Love your decor, you have a really great eye! My favorite is the dining room table and chairs. I love the wine/bar sideboard table, and the whole look. But, if I could I have 2 recommendations: Add more height on the side, maybe a tall green plant. And, then change the grass from the small vases into a more profound larger planter to hold them in.

Mary Mary Mary, I am SO proud of you and Jerard! This is everything! First of all, I absolutely love the office shelving install. Good job for including your hubby’s favorite color. The painted french doors and the shelving install take the look to the next level. The living room came together! You did it! I was struggling with you lol. I was like Jesus help her, too, lol. I love it... the color scheme each piece…down to one brass trim chair, only lol. The curtains are so lovely as well. I enjoyed your story of blue work pants on the white couch and how the couch was seamlessly replaced. The promised performance fabric lol! Now the dining room chandelier, table and gorgeous gorgeous chairs- beautiful, inviting and warm. The foyer with the breathtaking framed wedding photos and the lighting hardware- no words to describe the warmth the coziness the love from the space. I am so proud of you dear. May God continue to richly bless you and Jerard and the future children. Also so thoughtful to see your parents and scripture on the fridge. Keep it coming. I think blue is the perfect color for your office build ins. I love the lights over the pictures and the pictures are so beautiful of you two.
