Previous video - • OMSK - SIBERIA, RUSSIA...
This is the first time I saw a Russian train station. In this video, you will see Omsk railway station, an important transit point on the Trans-Siberian railway. How does the station look from inside? How to buy a ticket at a Russian train station? How did I find the mobile charging points, waiting area & toilets?

Omsk railway station building is a historical building (General rate of Kolchak) of great importance in the history of Russia. In General, in Omsk and Omsk region there are many interesting things, for example, many names that a person from India will not be new. The brightest name to Omsk city street in honor of the goddess Tara (in Hinduism) or municipality (district) in Omsk region also has a name in honor of the goddess Tara.

I agree with you. I stayed in Omsk for ten days. I am from mumbai, India . Even the river om comes from the hindu name.such lovely city . such lovely people. Kolchak museaum and Dostovosky museam ,cathedral, the statue of person coming out of opening in ground all very lovely .

Well.. I have lived in Russia and now in Western Europe. Most of Western Europe is crowded with tourists all through the year. You have to see it from their perspective - its simply not of any interest meeting an Indian / Russian / American because the society is already so multi cultural and there is just no culture of going out of your way in helping like Roman in this case. Smaller Russian towns are obviously different with the lack of tourist.

research everything online. train timetable for omsk is on the internet, with times and prices specified. remember, trains operate on moscow time throughout russia, so you have to add 3 hours for omsk (this factoid is also researchable online) there's even a map of the train station itself with ticket offices and exits to trains clearly marked in russian and english. same for directions to the train station. and you can definitely google how to say train station in russian in advance. it's vokzal, a very easy word. i just looked all this up in 5 minutes online

Wow! Such a nice, clean train, with clean white sheet covered beds. Will I ever see such clean trains in Chennai? When I traveled to Madurai from Chennai a couple of months ago, the train was so crowded that there wasn't place to even sit on seats. People were sitting on floors, over crowded and downright filthy. The toilets were unusable. Also, the people were helpful, and polite, and the conductor escorted you to your assigned seat. Under such circumstances, traveling is bound to be a joyful experience. Yesh Prabhu, Bushkill, Pennsylvania

Pata ni kyu Aapke vlog ko dekhkar accha lagta hai, lagta hai mai khud waha pe huin. Itna asaan tarike se aap batate hain. Sabse acchi baat to ye ki bahut simple ho aap jaisa ki hum sab hote hai. per dusro ko dikhane ke chakkar me apni pehchan hi kho dete hai. Ek aur baat background music soothing, calm hai. Jisse aur accha lagta hai vlog dekhne me. Shukriya janaab ohsk ghoomane ke liye.

Varun I would like to request you to please do not Skip Russian conversation because I can understand Russian language. I saw one of your video of traveling in Czech republic and you were looking for the bus No. 546 and the lady who was interacting with you she was speaking in Czech which was quite similar to Russian and if you will ever travel to Eastern Europe so please learn some Russian because most of the Eastern European countries Speak Slovak Script language which is the root of all these languages
