Well, shiver me timbers! It’s true! Season 10 is underway! I’m so happy. I’ve been trying so hard to find out if and when they would give us all the “fix” we’ve needed for over two years. I actually had to stop my continuous binging loop of seasons 1-9, because I was starting to recite lines before the actors. However, I’m definitely looking ever so forward to spending time in Port Wenn, again. Cheers, from Los Angeles.

@@davidrasch Hopefully, this won’t be the last. The “selfish” in me is hoping they’ll realize how many of us out here need a daily dose of Doc, and just resign to an eternal production. Ha! I miss my favorite characters, Morwenna & Al! Speaking of which, have they announced any cast changes?

Thank you for this. I love the show. Mr. Pickles is an incredible actor!. Everyone on the show is outstanding and Mrs. Tishell is a marvelous character who always brings the comedy so expertly by never overplaying ...she manages to hit just the right note and is superb.

That dog is incredible… so focused on his person’s verbal & hand commands… I know it’s due to the reward system of treats, but, wonderful to watch💞. This has to have been one of the greatest series…ever! Sad that #10 is it, but grateful for reruns…

Good call,locals have given up a lot,in recognition Doc Martin also give back a lot of local funding for various schemes,a legacy which will live on long after filming has finished

hourly worker with old equipment from the 60s, they use the mælebond which has been automatic since the 90s and so slowly but it's a fun series that I love

The 1st clip I saw of doc Martin Martin and Louisa on flight coming in I turned the TV off. Why. Because I knew I had a winner. A winner that needed my FULL attention. Not just to casually watch.

If it takes so many people and time to film 15 secs of ‘film’, no wonder TV series are so expensive to produce and disruptive to the local community. I love Doc Martin.

And a clueless tourist couple strolls through the camera area, and with a black poodle! The TV dog stayed in character and did not get flustered, a very good boi indeed!

It's the reflection of them to correspond with other takes when editing. Also similar thing with the postman!
