the CDR is around about 9 euro in France. Which google tells me is about 15 aud. Value! Amadieu is actually a pretty large gigondas producer, so makes sense his grenache is on point.

The winery tasting room is right on the road leading into Gigondas, worth seeking out if you’re in the area. The town itself is lovely and welcoming to visitors, much better than CdP.

With some of the new legislation and bringing En Rama as a proper category they sure don't lack the effort. I love good sherry. Don't care if it's fino or px (though palo cortados have to be my favorites) they are just flavor bombs.

The Manzanilla is listed at $7 AUD for a 375ml on the producer site. So, anyone in that area of the world is definitely gonna have a good time.

Palermo from Orin Swift averages around $70 USD here in the US - definitely a little splurgey, but not as much here as for you. My favorite Orin Swift is Abstract, runs around $40 USD.

the sound in the group chat is a bit off in this episode, a lot of the dialog gets cut off/turned down at the last word or two. Other than that, great episode as always! loved the theme.

Am I the only person who wants to reach into the bench and rearrange the glasses left to right in the order you tasted them? 😂 Why, after all these years have you gone right to left in the last few episodes? Unless you’re reading Arabic you don’t read right to left. Don’t mind the, just my OCD 😢😂

This is interesting for me! I find Palermo undrinkable! Sweet and flabby! I'm super down for old school Cab Savs and whatever but that specific wine I don't know! The older the vintage the better! Not because it has aged but I feel like every new release is a little bit worse nowadays! I don't wanna sound link an a-hole but yeah!
