I have a home gym that only has a single pulley, so this is how I usually do cross overs anyway, good tip Jim, thanks.

I've been doing these for sometime now and they're really great for a better contraction. I do a slight variation, 6 sets, 2 x with cable high as in this video, 2 x mid height pulling straight across the body and 2 x low pulling up and across, this really works the whole chest.

Lol thanks. I always thought you needed 2 cable's to do the cable crossover because thats the only version ever shown. The PLANET FITNESS I just joined only has 2, 4 section Universal machines and the upper cables are not positioned side by side. So 1 Arm crossovers it shall be.

Learn to squeeze your shoulder blades together and always keep them there for every rep. If you're not having them close to eachother your shoulders will always play a bigger role in the chest exercises so its very important.

That is an awesome tip. I go low like you show in your vid but I also go in the front of my chest to work mid pec. I do 2 of each low and mid. For a total of 4. Should I do 4 of each or is that over training the pec?

I do this also but also do two sets from low pulling up and across, total 6 sets which is plenty.

Inner pec? Cmon Jim, you can say lower pec but you cant say inner pec, thats not how it works.. Sure you squeeze the pec muscle so it will be more compact at the end of the fully contracted movement, but you know yourself that you cant just target and focus on the inner part of the pec.

I am already educated in the subject. I would love to see a study on this or some kind of source where its explained. Because what i have learned and what is logic to me is that its impossible to just targeting the inner chest. Please link a relevant source of information.

Jim didn't state you're "just targeting" the inner Pec/chest, the greater range of movement means a greater contraction on the inner part of the Pec. I've been doing single arm flys for around 12 months now and it really works.
