I’m amazed there are no eggs in your batter. I’m using your recipe tonight to make fried zucchini and crookneck squash slices. If it works out, then tomorrow I’ll use it for fried eggplant. Thanks for the one-bowl approach.

After I cut my rings, I put them in a bowl of cold water to get the strong taste out. Onion Rings are my favorite, better than a juicy steak. 😅

Have to confess I never considered making onion rings because I thought they'd be too complicated. I'd like to use Vidalias. My husband would want more cayenne and black pepper too. What I love about your recipes is that they're not only simple and easy but most of them are really budget friendly and that's important in this day and age.

I've never made onion rings at home before until today. I tried this recipe today for my husband's and my dinner with beef burgers and I will never buy store bought onion rings ever again. I think I have found my favourite cooking Channel. Although I was already subscribed I have had time this evening to binge watch and you are such a pleasure to watch and listen to and your food is very much my style just good old-fashioned down home cooking. I can't wait to watch more. You have a pleasant voice and I absolutely love the Crock-Pot cooking ideas as I absolutely love making soups and casseroles using my crockpot quite often. 2 top things a very well-used kitchen yet very well kept and clean. I've used a recipe similar to this for years and it's the best! This batter also works great with zucchini sticks. Both are so light and crispy. They're also great dipped in Ranch dressing after they're fried. Yum, nothing like a great onion ring!

OMGoodness!!! Onion rings are my favorite!! I order them over fries whenever possible!! I love them with my copycat Outback Blooming onion sauce!! I should do a video on that sauce and make some onion rings. Now I'm hungry!! 😋

This looks so delicious! Gonna have to try this wet-style onion ring. Just a side note: I found out the other day that if you are hard boiling eggs to add a teaspoon or so of baking soda to your water, bring to boil, turn off heat, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, the egg shell comes right off! I never knew that trick in all my 62 years!!

Can you believe they shut the Galaxy Diner down! In August 2019. Apparently, the owners didn’t pay rent. The restaurant has been there since 1958. That place was AMAZING! Well, here it is almost 8pm and my family is craving your recipe for onion rings. Let’s get to frying!
