Blood on the Clocktower is a bluffing game enjoyed by 5 to 20 players on opposing teams of Good and Evil, overseen by a Storyteller player who conducts the action and makes crucial decisions.

yeah hopefully it works out on its own, from my experiences usually this doesn't happen to videos older than a few minutes at most, but I have seen some take a couple hours for some reason

"Before you can bend the rules, you must first know the rules." I think Patters's experience and skill with BOTC, and specifically storytelling, makes this wild game possible. It's so fun knowing that you may use the Amnesiac as a mini-Athiest.

I like how Amy’s fisherman info also works from the perspective of ([1 fish 2 fish = 2 townsfolk turned into the fisherman] [red fish = one evil player turned fisherman], [blue fish = one starting fisherman])

I find it slightly amusing that in addition to the four fisherman and the mez with "mackerel" as their word, there is also a Fortune Teller, so there is a Red Herring.

I can't believe this was only four months ago... this game hit like only an instant classic can. One of the best examples of knowing how and when to break the rules within the game's bounds. Beautifully well done, and wonderfully played by all players.

I guess if you're the kind of person to think pepper is too spicy, it is. I consider it to just be a really sweet drink. It's actually the perfect combo with spicy food. I almost always have it with Mexican food, if I can. (I've also never heard of it being served hot. I definitely wouldn't do that.)

Minion idea: "Red Herring" - All players may register as the Red Herring, you will never register as the Red Herring, both apply even after your death. Edit: All players may register as the Red Herring. Even if you are dead, you register as any other character than the Red Herring. Any references to 'Red Herring' is not related to the FT...

That needs a [+Fortune Teller], else the ability is easily meaningless 😅 but I'd take out the "even if dead", since otherwise it just full on makes the Fortune Teller useless and unplayable

@@sourwitch2340 No... What I meant 8 months ago is that all players may register as the character red herring, even if dead and you will never register as the red herring... But yeah, I think I agree that maybe having it apply after death makes it a bit too strong...

Part of the Amnesiac Ability, still registers as Minion. Also Patters could have the Amne go after Minion/Demon Info.

Just out of curiosity, if people have a colorful token backside, does that mean that they are LGBT? Not judging anyone, but it would be a stunning statistical anomaly.

...you're looking at a video of people playing an online game, you likely have no idea where they're from, most importantly a 'stunningly' small population sample, and you think you know what would be a "stunning statistical anomaly". I guess you're going for the joke of 73.6% of statistics are made up on the spot.
