This is amazing! Thanks for sharing the idea! Your video description fits perfectly 😂 Piano technicians with basic welding skills should be able to figure the construction out themselves. By the way: Welding is not too hard to learn, I'd say. Probably easier than piano tuning... Just needs a little patience, practice and a space where you don't work with wood at the same time ;-)

Ok... really appreciate your ingenuity here. Now, how high will it lift? You're using a non-standard caster height dolly... I'd be interested in making one to accommodate a 4 inch caster dolly standard. Any thoughts? Thanks !

Hey Tom I need to lift a baby grand piano any suggestions besides spending a fortune on Manpower and renting a what forklift? I would love to be able to do it by my 5 ' 2" female self. You had a lot of people say Market it, did you? Guarantee you'd probably sell more to women than men. Thanks for any help you might can give. Date 6 - 23- 19

I am set up so I can lift the piano, place it on the cart, and load it in the trailer by myself. I custom built a trailer with a winch in the front. Press the button and it goes up the ramp into the trailer. If I could make the pianos climb stairs, I'd be all set.
