ONE INSTANT is not a classic packfilm but a next generation type 100 instant film, based on a new, radical concept, not even daring to compete with the classic film legends of packfilm history. Works with all Polaroid cameras and film packs that used to work with Polaroid and Fuji FP 100 films. Learn more on one-instant.com
1: LOADING
Load ONE INSTANT cartridges in lowest available light. Don't tug DARKSLIDE or PROCESSING TAB while handling. Insert cartridge into camera back & ensure it’s seated properly. Partially close camera back to thread PROCESSING TAB between rollers. Don’t pull beyond notches. Close camera back & allow DARKSLIDE to fall in place.
2: SHOOTING
Remove DARKSLIDE by pulling firmly; expose.
3: PROCESSING
PROCESSING TAB should be centered & pulled straight. Standard processing time is 3’. Clean goo from rollers while waiting. When ready, peel FILM & PRINT apart. Carefully separate PRINT & discard remnants. Keep paper cartridge. It makes an excellent holder for drying PRINTS & can be used later for display; it is also fully recyclable!

Would love to be able to do this but in light of the new b&w material it seems the pods are still producing uneven results so i have a slight idea that may help for the future pods So in 667, 107, 105, 665, and other various pods it appears that the pods had a small center separator to keep it from only spreading on one side of the film and i believe if you add a small peice of thin wax paper it will allow the pod to spread more evenly and allow for less chemical waste on the rollers

Huh I have similar camera to him. Land Camera 340. All the sample photos on the site look garbage and too "lomography"ish. I wonder if I get better results only loading the camera in the dark or changing bag like I would with large format film holders.

Will this film also work on the vivitar 35mm slide printer???
@chrisholmquist7725
@chrisholmquist7725 4 жыл бұрын
The key is to check if the Vivitar Slide Printer accepts TYPE 100 or TYPE 80 film. ONE INSTANT is a TYPE 100 film, and honestly there were far fewer cameras/apparatuses built for TYPE 80 (which was a square format peel-apart) than TYPE 100. So without really looking into it, I'd guess that the Vivitar Slide Printer takes ONE INSTANT. But I encourage everyone to do such research for themselves! If you teach someone to fish, they eat for a lifetime... ;-D Thanks for your question/comment {We're copying the classic 3.25x4.25" format, which is what Fuji FP-100C and FP-3000B were. Our product fits anything that they do.}

Thanks for the fun video :) I've received my pack and can"t wait to try it! I wanted to know if the ambient temperature has an effect on the development duration like for Fuji's late packfilm? Or is it always 3 minutes?
@supersense695
@supersense695 4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for nice comment :) Truth be told, 3 minutes will always work, but if it’s warm (above 20°C) then you can just do 2’30”

@@supersense695 What about if I live in the desert and it's 40c? Does the package have a developer time chart? If not you really should put one just incase since you already go through the trouble to sell a Cold Clip.

yup... costs money, time and effort to make. That being said, the current Fujifilm stock is selling for $120 minimum per cartridge. That's $12 a shot (and that's for the oldest available which chemicals may be compromised).

One Instant seems like the biggest bullshit on earth. the only good thing is that these guys are experimenting with the chemicals and IF the real Packfilm comes back anytime soon they will at least have good film to start with.
@TodBrilliant

Maybe if you knew this history behind this team, the very people who 'saved Polar---' and created the film that the fake Polaroid company is selling today ... you'd have a different view of the insane (obsessive) dedication to preserving these films while working around "lost" technologies, patents, etc. Look, the ghost of Edwin Land actually spends time hanging with Team Supersense, adores One Instant, and wouldn't set foot in the Polar--- company headquarters. That's all you need to know. :) The biggest bullshit on Earth? That's my country's political system and consumptive corporate capitalism.
