I have trendelenburg gait. Where my pelvis drops. The pt says it’s from weak glutes/hips. This put stress on my knee and gave me patella tendinitis on my knees. The patella tendinitis pain when away but I need to fix the root cause which seems like this trenelenburg gait. My knees might end up compensating again which will cause my knee pain again.What exercises would you recommend for this issue?

In my opinion stay natural. Don’t do workouts unless you are a center back. If you play any other position stay natural because you will become more injury prone and slower doing workouts. Remember Garrincha had a bent knee and one leg shorter than the other, in my opinion he is one of the goats. And if u want to get strong and physical search up Messi physical. You will find videos of a short skinny guy bodying players like Van Dijk. Fascia driven = strong fast and natural

thanks for the advice but what exercises should I do to strengthen my glute/hip? I have good level of fascia sensation in glutes. But the pt said my glute strengthen is not optimal so I am confused.

@@ArturL-yx8rr Check out our IG it has 20-30 exercises across our entire profile you can add for this. Right now I'd say the most important exercise to add would be the seiza position. But obviously for extreme results and to fast track your healing you can get our tribe or join the tribe.

Thanks coach! When I do the seiza postion the back of my knees hurt(right above the top of the calf and a little bit more up) I don’t know why this is. I had a pretty significant grow spurt so that could have caused something. I have pretty good glute connection(level 2 almost 3) so I don’t know why this is.

Sir I have been a talented and extraordinary player and I used to dribble players easily and score goals, and i recently joined a football academy but players there are not letting me show my potential they don't pass me the ball and if I get the ball they don't let me perform on the pitch they shout for pass and don't let me show my skills to the coach what can I do sir how can I perform on the pitch sir.
