Very good addition, Floor boards are by far more comfy than pegs, safer in rain IMO

Good product. I can't do pegs anymore. I even have small boards on my Pan bobber. They are showing their age(17 years old), I might try to use this kit down the road. Even though I will have to do some fabrication, it looks to be good starting point. For a stock bike, this seems to be a no brainer, people will love the upgrade.

That's pretty danged cool! I'll bet they increase the comfort level quite a bit. I don't need them on my Tri Glide but I'd certainly consider them if I were riding something else.

Yes, very big upgrade. For years I rode with pegs, then for years with pegs and a heel rest. These blow those away. 👍

I need to try these. I bought a major brand floorboard from a major retailer and they sagged so bad my knees were further out than feet. The clevis was too small for the factory female so they sagged in the mount. Terrible design. Hopefully yours are proper size and with adjustment can be set perfectly. Edit: just saw your price. Holy cow I'll pass.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience. Quality made, in the USA by us, on our machines, they will not sag. The old adage "you get what you pay for" is not always true. But it seems to be in this case. btw, my bet is that if you try and buy those imported major brand now, the price has probably gone up. Supply chain issues are wreaking havoc in the manufacturing world, sometimes the result is items are discontinues, sometimes the results are price increases.

Im just tired of everything I ever need or want for the bike is 400 bucks. That's too much of a gamble for me just to see if they work. I could see 200-250 for black, 300 for chrome. Unless you offer 100% money back guarantee after installation, ill pass.

I'm looking for floorboards for my93 FLHS and my 13 FLHT, but you guys hate baggers. What do you recommend ? Regardless, love your videos. Keep up the good work.

I would look at Hard Drive, AKA V-Twin Products, for floorboards for those two years. lol, we don't hate baggers, we have 4 of them between all of us at the shop. We do tease Devin, because for years he said he would not have a bagger, then he got a Street Glide when he was 29.

All my bikes for years had pegs, my latest one has boards. After 10 years on boards, aint no going back to pegs. Needs the heel shifter to complete the package and keep the boot shine right.

You might like the Rock-It-Shift. I really am liking it on my Sporty. Fits all Harley's that uses a standard male clevis footpeg. Most of your videos are fine but because of the color of the footboards and the poor lighting in that shop it is hard to see the actual pieces that he was talking about. @@Peter-976 Did not come across as rude. Sometimes we get frustrated making videos...we have been making parts for a long time and we know the ins and outs of that very well. But making videos...well, that is another story. It took us well over a year, and trying many different microphones, until we got the audio acceptable. I appreciate your comment, I think we need to get a stronger camera light for those low light situations, especially with black parts. Thank you for your business, we appreciate it! 👍 P.S. The next video, coming out this weekend, is even worse. At one point we were using a shop light to try and illuminate something, and it just glared it out. Horrible. By the time we looked at the footage the bike was already back with the Customer, so could not reshoot.

Unfortunately that is the one M8 Softail that the floorboards will not work with. It is because of the brake lever. Yes, shifting id definitely going to be different with a floorboard vs. a peg. I can shift faster, but I am using the the floorboards and the Rock-it-Shift. Using a standard shifter with the floorboards, you can always adjust the angle of the shift peg, either with a spline adjustment or a shift rod adjustment.

Yep, that is one thing the Customer is looking at. He likes the bars, but he is considering getting them powder coated.
