Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand this is why sand attack is no longer a normal type move. If every normal type mon had this i would drop Pokémon in a heartbeat.

it hurts a lot more in generation one, because you never know if it was a sand attack miss or a 1/256 glitch miss
